As a leader in training and program management, Megan understands what it takes to create a successful training program and the importance of validating skills acquired. Megan is passionate about integrating business objectives with flexible learning solutions that address the individual. Based in Rochester, NY, Megan is the proud mama of two teenagers and takes every moment to be outside during every season. When stuck inside, Megan dabbles in her studio art roots.
Christine Harper, VP of Sales
Christine is responsible for driving global sales for CertNexus, focusing on the company’s enterprise, channel, and client bases. Christine brings a successful track record of more than 20 years in sales, including senior leadership positions and sales achievements in the IT training, distribution, and channel industries. Christine specializes in forming strategic alliances and programs that add value to the customer relationship. Based in Rochester, NY Christine is a veteran of the US Air Force.
Missy Kelley, Manager of Certification Development
As our ANSI/ISO 17024 guru, Missy is responsible for the management of certification exam development and the implementation, management, and adherence to ISO standards. Missy is an avid “back of the pack” runner and participates in several races throughout the year from 5Ks to half marathons on either road or trail and will sometimes be accompanied by her husband and daughter.
Megan Brame-Finkelstein, Marketing Manager
An entrepreneur-turned-marketer, Megan spends more time than she should thinking about delivering CertNexus’ message to you. With over a decade of digital marketing experience with an emphasis on user experience, Megan’s marketing philosophy centers on creating value for our students, both current and potential, and showcasing our authority in the industry. She spends her off hours scouring thrift stores for vintage finds and fixing up her 1930’s Cape Cod (and yes, blogging about it).
Kim Alvarez, Account Services Representative
As Account Services Representative Kim is responsible for the management of all phases of our Authorized Training Partner Program along with a dual role in supporting the Customer Service side of CertNexus. Kim is an avid golfer and sports fan, if she’s not in the office we know she’s “gone golfing”.
