Requests by any stakeholder for verification of an individual’s certification status can also be made in writing and shall be responded to in writing. Only an indication of whether an individual is certified or not shall be provided (and if so, the certification term, ensuring that the status of in-progress or unsuccessful candidates is not disclosed). Requests for verification of an individual’s certification status can be emailed to certifications@certnexus.com
