Response to COVID-19
CertNexus is committed to the health and safety of our team and customers during this disruptive time. Below are some of the measures that we are taking to limit disruption and maintain social distancing while continuing to serve our valuable partners.
Social Distancing: CertNexus employees are working 100% remotely via secure connections. (We typically work 50-100% remote and are fully set up to operate as a virtual team.)
Exam Delivery: All CertNexus exams are available online via Pearson OnVUE. This allows candidates to take their exams in a private location, which is especially important as remote working becomes the norm during the COVID-19 global health crisis. For more information on exam scheduling please visit our Candidate Resource Page.
Order Fulfillment: Our store and distribution remain at full capacity. As print fulfillment centers are affected there may be a delay in shipping books and hardware devices. If you are ordering print books or IoT devices please provide adequate time for shipping. All digital books, labs and exam vouchers will not be affected.
Additional questions: As always please contact us with any concerns regarding CertNexus Products.
As you and your families adjust to the new normal, we encourage you to learn a new skill, share a smile and stay safe!
